The Need

The Work

I served as the primary strategic account lead, guiding Muhlenberg’s internal stakeholders and Electric Kite’s multidisciplinary team through a full website redesign. I facilitated alignment sessions, managed content review workflows, and ensured executive feedback translated into actionable direction for UX, design, and development teams. I coordinated cross-functional workstreams — keeping discovery, design, build, and analytics implementation moving in parallel while maintaining clarity around scope and priorities.

The Outcome

The redesigned website delivered:
