The Need

Providence Media had a powerful vision — but needed operational clarity and digital infrastructure to support it.

Key challenges included:

  • Articulating a complex, faith-centered mission in a way that felt clear and accessible

  • Structuring multiple sub-brands under one cohesive umbrella

  • Building a website that could scale with future pillars (records, films, conferences, leadership)

  • Creating systems to support artist development, events, prayer initiatives, and community engagement

  • Launching an online shop and donation functionality to support funding

  • Establishing professional communication tools (email templates, funnels, branded assets)
